The school has 6 classroom (2 overflow rooms available in June—September peak period), and is very well equipped. Classes are taught in Japanese, however, all teachers and staff have excellent English skills. Class sizes are small, usually from6—8 students. Students are encouraged to participate in a wide variety of “Japanese only” activities designed to enhance your learning. For students coming from overseas to study abroad, GenkiJACS recommends staying with one of their carefully chosen host families as a way of maximizing your opportunities to practice Japanese.
